Two halves of the same problem. Search engines and AI assistants have to know you exist before anyone calls you, and then the calls, the scheduling and the invoices have to be handled without burying you. Most firms sell one half. We do both, and you own everything we build.
Your customers are searching right now. Make sure what they find is you.
Custom-coded websites, local search, and AEO, which means being readable to ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity rather than only to Google. Most local sites are invisible to those systems. From $2,500, live in 7 business days, and we build a free mockup before you pay anything.
Getting the call is the easy part. Everything after it is where businesses drown.
We work with the software you already run. Nothing gets ripped out and replaced. A named owner takes the work, and the process gets written down as they go, so it stops living in somebody's head and walking out the door when they leave. Starts with a $2,500 Seat Audit.
Your phone rings while you are already busy. HostDesk answers calls and texts for independent restaurants, takes the order, and escalates a real problem to a human. See HostDesk ↗

How the work runs
Senior work, start to finish.
No account managers relaying your notes to somebody else, and no juniors learning on your project. Every build is measured before it ships, and what we find gets published, including the times we measured our own work and did not like the answer.

Most websites are delivered within 7 business days from the kickoff call to a live site you can review and approve.
Most Dayton small-business projects fall between $2,500 and $7,500. Launch tier starts at $2,500. Multi-page Grow tier is $4,500 to $7,500. Custom builds with e-commerce or AI automation start at $10,000. Care plans are optional and start at $147/month.
Yes. You own your domain, hosting account, source code, and content. We hand over every credential at launch and you are never locked into our infrastructure.
No. We build a free mockup first. You see what your site could look like before you pay a dollar.
A named person who takes recurring back-office work off your desk: accounts payable, scheduling, intake, and collections. It starts with a $2,500 Seat Audit that documents the process before anything is automated. It is an alternative to hiring another admin coordinator.
No. We work with the tools you already run and we do not sell migrations. If your scheduling, invoicing or CRM works, it stays. The Seat Audit starts by looking at how the business actually runs today, not at what we would prefer you were running. Replacing a system that works is the most expensive way to make a small improvement.
The process is written down as the work is done, and the documentation is yours. That is the whole point of the Seat Audit. The common failure in this category is a pile of automations nobody left in the building understands, built by somebody who has moved on. One documented case put the cost of reconstructing a single undocumented workflow at $47,000.
For anything that matters, they will be dealing with a person. HostDesk answers routine calls and takes orders, and it escalates a real problem to a human rather than trying to talk its way through it. If a system cannot handle something well, the honest answer is to hand it to somebody who can, not to automate it badly.
It might well be fine, and we will say so. What we check is different from how the site looks: whether search engines and AI assistants can read it at all. In our audit of 38 Dayton companies, 66% carried no structured data and 76% had nothing telling an AI system what the business does. Our own site scored worse than all of them before we fixed it, which is on the receipts page.
You own the domain and the hosting account from day one, in your name, on your card. We never resell hosting to you. This is a real pattern in the industry rather than a hypothetical: there are public reviews of agencies registering client domains in the agency name and withholding access until the client pays for hosting. The way to not be exposed to it is to own the accounts, which you will.
Twenty minutes, and you will know whether there is anything here. Sometimes there is not, and we say so on the call.
